This page explains how to delete your MeepleMate account and what happens to your data.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. Your account is anonymized as soon as you confirm in the app, and you can no longer sign in with it. It cannot be undone.

Erased immediately. The email address is replaced by an anonymous address. |
| Sign-in sessions | Invalidated immediately, on all your devices. |
| Friends | Friendship links are removed, in both directions. |
| Lists and library | Erased with the account: your game lists, the games they contain and the games in your library. |
| Reviews and ratings of games | Kept without your name, attached to an anonymous account. |
| Games played and scores | Kept anonymously. Your name is replaced by "Player" in the games, including those organized by other people, so as not to distort their history. |
The data we keep is no longer linked to your identity and no longer allows you to be recognized.
After deletion, these items remain in MeepleMate, attached to an anonymous account and without your email, your tag or your photo (your game reviews and ratings also remain, see the table above):
If you also want any of these items erased, write to us at contact@softquipeut.fr.
You can create a new account with the same email address whenever you like. It will be a brand new account: nothing from the old one is recovered.
Write to us from the email address of your account, or give us a way to prove the account is yours, and we will delete it for you.

We answer within 48 working hours and the account is anonymized in the same way as from the app.
